There should be tailored messaging for each group – but it should all feed back up to your key messages.

Many businesses no longer rely on printed marketing materials, but you will probably need to be able to point people to a place where they can find out more about your organisation, read about your products, services and case studies, and learn about your team. So, your collateral may be in digital form on your website, or you may need leaflets at exhibitions, or brochures to hand to customers. Whatever form it takes, it must be clear, concise and relevant to your audience.
